La Compania Church in Quito

Okay, to begin from where we left off at the last post.  After the Church of San Francisco, we went to La Compania Church, which may be the most spectacular church I have ever seen.  Gold everywhere.  huge ceilings adorned with all sorts of gold statues.  I guess the churches are one positive aspect of a combination of church and state.  Here are some of the shots I took since we again were not allowed to take pictures.
